Welcome to your beautiful home-away-from-home in a private apartment in Sidney by the Sea, Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

This 600 sq/ft fully self-contained, self-catering suite is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance to downtown Sidney. The suite has been tastefully appointed and has a private entrance. It is a one bedroom with a comfortable living room/dining room combination, a flat screen TV, DVD, electric fireplace and open kitchen.

Sidney by the Sea is a quaint town only 20 minutes drive north of Victoria, BC. The town is made for walking with level grade streets and easy egress pedestrian paths. The town is home to great shopping, dining, an ocean-side waterfront trail, the Sidney Pier, theatres, and excellent public transportation. The shoreline is the perfect viewing spot to watch whales, otters, seals and eagles. The beach combing is also great.

Sidney is located in North Saanich. It is home to a number of world-class wineries, artists and art galleries. The town is also called "Book Town" and is known for its plethora of unique book stores.

Within an easy drive you will find yourself at Butchart Gardens, the Swartz Bay BC Ferry terminal, the Washington State Ferries and the Victoria International Airport. Sidney is also the head-end of the Galloping Goose Trail, a 60 kms walking, hiking and biking trail.
There are also doctors, dentists, numerous health care professionals and a local hospital within the area.
