Luxurious, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on semi waterfront, 20 seconds from our verandah to a private beach, with wonderful views of the Georgia Strait and the Gulf Islands from almost every room.  Spacious and airy (over 1900 square feet). Sleeps 6-7

This Vancouver Island Vacation Rental House is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a gourmet kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed internet, airtight wood fireplace, 42 inch tv with surround sound, dvd / vcr / stereo, and telephone.  There’s a family room with a card table, books, games and puzzles, office space and exercise equipment. 

30 min S. of Comox Airport with direct flights from Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, 45 min from BC Ferries port in Nanaimo, 2.5 hr N. of Victoria, 15 min N of Qualicum Beach, 35 min from Mount Washington Ski Resort.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, ocean views, a balcony, and full ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub.  The second ocean view bedroom downstairs has a king bed that can separate into two super twins.  The third bedroom has a double and twin bed.  All beds are comfortable and have quality linens.

Relax on the wide front verandah and enjoy the fenced garden with glorious views of the beach, a barbeque and a huge log picnic table for alfresco meals.  Stroll along the beach and watch the wildlife, including seals, sea lions, otters and eagles and whales. Harvest oysters and clams on the beach.

Rates (in Canadian Dollars)  

Peak: $1750 / week (one week min) Jun 30 – Sep 2
Shoulder: $1300 / week, $190 / night (3 night min), $220 / night (for 2 nights) May, Jun, Sep
Off-peak: $150 / night (3 night min), $175 / night (for 2 nights) Oct - Apr
Spring Break, Christmas and New Years are shoulder rate

Rates are for 6 guests, $15/night extra for 7th guest
Rental weeks in peak season are from Saturday to Saturday
Check-in 3 pm, Check-out 11 am

25% Deposit at booking; balance due 28 days before arrival
28-day cancellation policy in peak/shoulder season; 14 days in off-peak
