Your pillow has given me pain free nights of sleep - night after night. For many years I would frequently wake with neck and/or shoulder pain with other pillows. No more! No even once! It remains so pleasantly cool. I am told I am a bit of a hothead so you can imagine how nice it is to sleep on a pillow that remains cool. The case is very well made. I especially appreciate the zipper which allowed me to remove some of the hulls. This lets me form a pocket for my head and actually adjust the elevation of my head. The buckwheat seems to remain formed while other pillows either flatten completely or bounce back. I thank you for your fine product, the thought that went into its design and your excellent service. I received my pillows quickly and in great shape- even packaged nicely with a pretty bow and in a zipped bag. Both my husband and I are very pleased with your product and have been pleasantly surprised by these "heavy hard" pillows. ;-)
When we first opened the package and felt the weight and hardness, we thought, "Oh no, talk about the total opposite of our current lightweight down pillows." Surprisingly, this is not the case once you use actually are using them. Yes they feel hard to the touch but after resting your head on it, it is much more similar one of those memory foam pillows that adjust to your neck and head. (That is except for the huge difference that with those visco-elastic foam pillows you breathe in all those toxic fumes from it off gassing all night!!) The buckwheat are so tiny and there are so many of them that they all move and adjust until it is perfectly supporting your neck and head, no matter what position you are in. I also have one for a stomach sleeping child, and for her I simply needed to remove some of the buckwheat and it is perfect for her now too. This is also a great type of pillow for traveling! It was wonderful in the long 26 hour drive we just took and worked well in both hot Florida and cold Michigan.
