Nipika
offers a diversified range of on-site seasonal activities. We are situated
close to Banff and the Columbia Valley, including seven major alpine resorts,
the Canmore Nordic Centre, Radium Hot Springs, and eleven championship golf
courses. Kootenay National Park is just a five-minute walk from the lodge. Banff and Yoho National Parks are within an hour's drive. Mount Assiniboine and Height of the Rockies Provincial Parks are right next door. These world-renowned wilderness parks have many kilometers of pristine hiking and ski trails waiting to be traveled. |
| Activites Available: Cross-Country Skiing - Hiking & Trail Running - Snowshoeing - Fishing & River Sports - Golf Mountain Bike rentals: We have a fleet of new Mountain Bikes available for rent. Skating - Immediately behind the Kootenay Cabin, you will find our Nipika Pond. In the winter, we clear the snow and keep the ice ready for skating. Other Sports - If you still are not tired from your busy day there is a volleyball court, 9-hole Frisbee golf course, horseshoe pits and bocce balls. Hot Tub & Sauna - To melt away the days aches and pains, a wood fired hot tub and a sauna are situated right on the pond's edge and are a great way to relax following any of your daily activities! Horses - Our 80 year old horse barn has been relocated from the Columbia Valley to the South portion of Nipika. Contact us to arrange for trail rides from Radium. |

to find us: Nipika Mountain Resort is located at 9200 Settlers Road (14 kms off Hwy. 93 between Radium Hot Springs, B.C. (32 Kms) and Banff, Alberta (114 kms). Follow the signs on Settlers Road. Please note that on weekdays you will encounter truck traffic on Settlers Road, so drive with caution! See Map |

Nipika
offers accommodations in unique, luxurious self-contained log cabins.
The cabins offer fully equipped kitchens, baths, and are furnished to
compliment the natural setting. The cabins back onto Yearling Creek and
our extensive trail system is right out the front door. The logs for our
attractive cabins are taken from our woodlot and are milled, notched
and built right on site. Each cabin has a private bath, wood burning stove
and a propane furnace.
