Regularly scheduled airlines fully service the area with connecting flights through Victoria, Vancouver or Calgary. The Okanagan Valley stretches nearly 250 kilometers from Enderby to Osoyoos. The area is approximately 4 hours drive from Vancouver over the beautiful Coquihalla Highway and can also be reached from the south from Washington State, from the north via Kamloops or Salmon Arm on Highway 1 for travellers coming by highway from Calgary and Banff, Alberta.

Highway 3 is an alternate route into British Columbia from Alberta , following the Washington and Idaho State border and intersects at Osoyoos with Highway 97, the main route north into the Okanagan.
