Whether you are travelling by air or car it is so easy to get to Silver Star that you won’t have to worry about a thing. Silver Star is 22 km (12 miles) northeast of Vernon. You can drive straight to Silver Star or fly into Kelowna International Airport and take a quick shuttle.  See Map

By Air:

Kelowna International Airport is serviced by many airlines including Air Canada, Jazz, WestJet, Horizon Air - Alaska Airlines, Harmony Airways and Regional 1 Airlines. These airlines are partnered with many international carriers and fly non-stop to Kelowna daily from Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Kamloops, Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Red Deer and Seattle.

Silver Star is now the closest Western Canadian resort to Toronto. WestJet offers 6 non-stop flights per week, as well as daily direct flights from Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver! All Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz flights in and out of Kelowna are a jet service which eliminates any bag problems and cut flight times from Calgary and Vancouver down to 40 minutes! You will be skiing an hour after landing! Airport hosts can be found in the arrivals lounge and are identifiable by their yellow vests. A frequent shuttle service is available between the resort and the airport.

    • Take HWY-1 through Banff
    • At Sicamous turn left onto HWY-97A
    • Continue through Enderby on HWY-97A to HWY-97
    • Continue south to Vernon on HWY-97
  • From Spokane
    • Take HWY-395 north to Colville
    • At Colville take HWY-20 west to Tonasket
    • At Tonasket take HWY-97 north to Vernon
  • From Vancouver
    • Take HWY-1 east to Hope
    • Bear right at HWY-3 East - go 6.5 km
    • Continue on HWY-5 toward Merrit/Kelowna/Kamloops
    • Take the HWY-5A/HWY-97C exit 286 to Kelowna/Merritt/Spences Bridge (HWY-8) - go 0.3 km
    • Bear right onto the HWY-5A S/HWY-97C E ramp - go 0.1 km
    • Turn left at HWY-5A/HWY-97C - go 23 km
    • Bear right at Okanagan Conn - go 0.3 km
    • Continue on HWY-97C E - go 81 km
    • Take the HWY-97 N exit to Westbank/Kelowna/Vernon
    • Continue through Kelowna to Vernon
  • From Seattle
    • Take I-90 east
    • Take HWY-97 north to Vernon
• Connect with Highway 97 to Vernon and follow 48th Avenue to Silver Star Road and follow for 22 km (12 miles). Silver Star Road leads you directly to the resort where you can check into your hotel, condo or vacation home.
